About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Develop and implement process improvements through Kaizen events, FMEA, DFM, IPQC, OQC, SPM, Plant Simulation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of defects and develop corrective actions.
- Analyze data from various sources (MS Office) to track trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in mechanical engineering or related field.
- Strong understanding of data validation techniques such as FMEA, DFM, IPQC.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel for data analysis.
