Key Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate and professional eye examinations and provide suitable recommendations.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Greet and engage customers, explaining the eye examination process clearly.
• Build strong customer relationships and address customer concerns effectively.
• Convert prospective customers into actual customers through effective communication.
• Coordinate with retail teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Support POS transactions, inventory management, and product coordination.
• Maintain store hygiene, safety, cleanliness, and professional grooming standards.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Diploma/Degree/Postgraduate Degree in Optometry.
• 0 to 5+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
