Optometrist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct eye exams to diagnose vision problems and prescribe glasses or contact lenses as needed.
• Perform refractions to determine the correct prescription for each patient's eyes.
• Dispense and fit patients with eyeglasses, contact lenses, or other optical devices.
• Maintain accurate records of patient examinations, including test results and treatment plans.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Optometry (OD) from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a residency program in ophthalmology or related field.
• 1-5 years of experience working as an optometrist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of optics, ophthalmology, refraction, and vision science.
