Job Title: Experienced Optometrist / IOL & Dry Eye Specialist

Location: Aundh & Shivajinagar, Pune

NIO Eye Hospital is looking for experienced Optometrists and IOL/Dry Eye Specialists to join our team. The candidate should have good clinical knowledge, patient-handling skills, and experience in eye-care services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments.
• Perform refraction and other optometry-related tests.
• Handle patients and provide appropriate eye-care guidance.
• Assist ophthalmologists during consultations and procedures.
• Perform IOL-related assessments and/or dry-eye evaluations as applicable.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Ensure a good patient experience and follow hospital protocols.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelors degree in Optometry (D.Optom/B.Optom).
• Relevant experience in optometry/eye care.
• Experience in IOL or Dry Eye will be an advantage.
• Good communication and patient-handling skills.
• Willingness to work in a hospital environment.
