Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct eye tests and explain prescriptions.
- Recommend suitable lenses and frames.
- Handle customers and resolve concerns.
- Achieve sales and eye-test conversion targets.
- Support upselling/cross-selling.
- Manage stock takes, POS, returns and store SOPs.
- Lens/frame fitting and quality checks
ELIGIBILITY
- Diploma/Degree in Optometry is mandatory.
- Fresher/experienced candidates can apply.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable with both optometry and sales.
- Customer-oriented, adaptable and willing to learn.
