Role Overview

We are looking for an Optometry Trainer to deliver high-quality training in refraction, dispensing, and optical processes to Lenskart's retail staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training on refraction, dispensing, and optical techniques.
• Use role plays and innovative methods to improve learning effectiveness.
• Track trainee performance and provide timely feedback.
• Develop and update training content as per business needs.
• Visit stores for on-ground coaching, mock sessions, and skill assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelors in Optometry (mandatory).
• 2–3 years of training experience; retail/optical background preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel for store training.
