Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
  
• Oversee optical sales team, providing guidance on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
  
• Implement effective shrinkage control measures to minimize losses and maintain a high level of profitability.
  
• Ensure timely opening and closing procedures are followed by all staff members.
  
• Maintain accurate records of inventory management, including stock levels, orders, and returns.
