Job Summary

The Optical Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers in selecting eyewear, explaining lens options, achieving sales targets, and ensuring an excellent customer experience while coordinating with optometrists for accurate dispensing.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their eyewear requirements.
• Recommend suitable frames, lenses, sunglasses, and accessories.
• Explain lens types, coatings, pricing, warranties, and promotional offers.
• Read and verify optical prescriptions in coordination with the optometrist.
• Assist with frame fitting, adjustments, and after-sales support.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain product displays and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Process billing and customer orders accurately.
• Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service.

Qualifications

• Graduate or 12th Pass (depending on company policy).
• 1-5years of experience in optical retail or eyewear sales preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.

Preferred Experience
