Optical Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, answering questions about products and services offered by the store.
• Assist customers in selecting frames, lenses, and other optical products based on their needs and preferences.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point-of-sale using computer systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards.

Job Requirements :

• 2-3 years of experience in retail or related field (optical sales preferred).
• Strong knowledge of optics, vision science, and current trends in eyewear industry.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively interact with diverse customer base.
• Basic math skills for handling cash register operations.
