Optical Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, answering questions about eye care products and services.
• Dispense glasses and contact lenses accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper fitting instructions are given.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards for visual merchandising and inventory management.
• Process patient payments, handle returns or exchanges, and maintain accurate records of transactions.

Job Requirements :

• 3-8 years of experience in optical sales or related field (dispensing).
• Strong knowledge of optics, including types of lenses, frames, and materials used in eyewear production.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers at all levels.
