We are looking for Optical Sales in Gurgaon Sec 89 location.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Maintain optimum inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
• Achieve sales targets through effective selling and upselling.
• Supervise, train, and monitor the optical store team.
• Ensure excellent customer service and timely order delivery.
• Maintain sales, stock, billing, and vendor records.
• Coordinate with doctors, optometrists, finance, and procurement teams.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, hospital policies, and quality standards.
