Optical Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Assist customers in selecting frames, lenses, and other eyewear products based on their vision needs and personal preferences.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point-of-sale using a computerized system.
• Maintain store appearance by organizing shelves, displays, and inventory to create an inviting shopping environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions about product features, benefits, and maintenance instructions.

Job Requirements :

• 1-6 years of experience in optical sales or related field (retail).
• Strong knowledge of optics, including optometry principles and common eye disorders.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations from children to adults.
