Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented OPT Recruiter to source, screen, and recruit OPT/CPT candidates for US IT staffing requirements. The candidate should have good communication skills and knowledge of US recruitment processes, visa types, and job portals.

Key Responsibilities

• Source OPT/CPT candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases.
• Screen resumes based on client requirements and technical skills.
• Coordinate with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of OPT candidates for different technologies.
• Collect required documents such as EAD, passport copy, resume, and educational details.
• Work closely with the sales and recruitment team for submissions and placements.
• Maintain daily reports and candidate trackers.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and vendors.
• Follow up with candidates until onboarding.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of US IT Staffing and recruitment process.
• Knowledge of visa types like OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, and USC.
• Experience using job portals such as:
• Dice
• Monster
• LinkedIn
• Indeed
• CareerBuilder
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Ability to work in night shifts.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of IT technologies like Java, .NET, DevOps, QA, SAP, and Cloud.
• Experience with ATS tools like JobDiva, Ceipal, or Bullhorn.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelors Degree in any discipline.
