Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for open positions through various channels such as DICE, Opt, and other job boards.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth interview process.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, offers made, and placement rates.

Job Requirements :

• 4-8 years of experience in IT staffing or recruitment industry.
• Proficiency in using tools like DICE, Opt, etc. for sourcing candidates.
• Strong understanding of W2 employment laws and regulations.
