OPT Recruiter

We are looking for a results-driven OPT Recruiter with experience in US IT Staffing to source, screen, and recruit qualified consultants across various visa categories and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates across OPT, CPT, H1B, H1B Transfer, H4 EAD, GC, and USC categories
• Build and maintain a strong consultant pipeline for internal hiring
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, referrals, and other social platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations
• Understand candidate skills, experience, work authorization, and job preferences
• Coordinate submissions, interviews, follow-ups, and joining formalities
• Maintain accurate candidate records and trackers
• Collaborate with Sales teams to support consultant deployment
