Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for US IT staffing projects through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates who meet client requirements.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide them with a shortlist of suitable candidates for consideration.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.

Job Requirements :

• 4-8 years of experience in OPT (Optional Practical Training) recruitment or related field.
• Strong understanding of W2 employment laws and regulations in the United States.
• Proven track record of successfully filling technical positions in the US IT industry using various recruitment methods.
