Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for direct clients through various channels such as social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fitment with client requirements.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, offers made, and placement statistics.

Job Requirements :

• 3-7 years of experience in US IT staffing or related field (Opt Recruiter).
• Strong understanding of W2 compliance regulations.
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and negotiation.
