Job Description

• Smooth functioning and timely analysis & approval of FG,RM,PM & intermediate which is finally approved from Q.C.
  COA preparation for Export purpose & other documentation whenever required.Monitoring of Control sample observation register: RM & FP
  Monitoring of Control sample and maintaining destruction record
• Formats up-gradation for Finished products, In- process check,RM, PM & intermediate etc whenever required
  Volumetric solution preparation & register to be maintained. ( Limit test soln, Reagents etc.)
• Monitoring & maintaining of logbooks & calibration for every instrument.
• Working standard to be maintained for colour & In process granules & chemicals etc
• Primary standard to be maintained for Heavy metal test
• Maintain BMR files of Finished Goods.
• Issuing work order or BOM to the Production Department.
• IPQC Round
• Artwork Checking and finalization
• Export related documentation work such as Dossier preparation etc
• Other work assigned by superiors
