Role : Regional Head

Location : Chandigarh

Roles & Responsibilities :

Running the daily deliverable activities of the business ensuring achievement of KPIs and quality of service.

Driving business numbers.

Handling the branches of the region assigned.

Create and implement effective direct sales strategies toward achievement of sales objectives.

Managing key customer relationships, building and sustaining investment relationships with high-net-worth Individuals and corporate clients that include products like IPO, Bonds etc.

Training Team Leader & Marketing Executive on products as well as various aspects of sales management.

Regular Visit to SBI RBOs, ZOs & LHOs and Liasioning with banks TOP officials. Have to attend monthly review meeting at SBI ZOs and LHOs.

Building and sustaining effective sales processes to continuously improve efficiencies.

Work force management: control attrition; provide growth path etc.

Key Competencies:

Confidence and strong presentation abilities.

Ability to explain information clearly and simply.

Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of Demat accounts and investment products.

Customer-focused and target-driven approach.
