Opportunity For IT Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of SAP S/4 HANA and Salesforce systems
  
• Oversee system configurations, upgrades, patches, and enhancements
  
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with internal/external technical teams
  
• Provide end-user support and training on ERP and CRM systems
  
• Manage user access, roles, and security controls
  
• Ensure compliance with IT governance and cybersecurity standards
  
• Maintain documentation of workflows, procedures, and known issues
  
• Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers
  
• Support ERPCRM integration processes
  
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA (MM, SD, FI modules preferred)
  
• Experience in Salesforce Administration / CRM systems
  
• Solid understanding of ERP and CRM integration
  
• Experience in application support / IT operations
  
• Knowledge of user access management and security practices
  
• Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.) and ITIL processes
  

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure)
  
• Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and IT governance
  
• Experience in vendor management and stakeholder coordination
