Job Summary


Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day production activities in the blade manufacturing process as per defined work instructions and SOPs.
• Operate and handle production tools, equipment, and materials safely and efficiently.
• Ensure products meet defined quality standards through proper process adherence and in-process inspections.
• Achieve daily production targets while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Identify and report process deviations, quality issues, equipment abnormalities, and safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and follow 5S standards within the production area.
• Follow all EHS requirements, PPE guidelines, and company policies at all times.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in team activities to improve productivity and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related disciplines.
• Candidates with relevant manufacturing experience can be considered.
• Candidates should be willing to work in a manufacturing environment and in shifts.
• Good physical fitness and willingness to perform shop-floor activities.
