- Operate the Truking inspection machine for insulin products as per approved SOPs.
- Perform machine setup, parameter verification, and routine operation.
- Inspect vials for visible particles, defects, fill-volume issues, and container integrity.
- Monitor machine performance and inspection results during operation.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic troubleshooting of the machine.
- Maintain accurate batch records and equipment logbooks.
- Follow GMP, safety, and data-integrity requirements.
- Report machine abnormalities, inspection failures, and quality issues to the supervisor.
