Operator - Aseptic Area Ophthalmic Filling line

Role & responsibilities

• To follow cGMP.
• To follow written procedure and execute manufacturing and operation activities.
• Responsible to follow Good Documentation Practices pertaining to the production department.
• To maintain shift schedule time to time as per instructions provided by immediate supervisor.
• To follow good hygienic practices, safety rules and respective gowning procedure.
• To take necessary training/instructions related to the area of working.
• To maintain the personal training records.
• To clean and disinfect the area and equipment time to time as per respective procedure & frequency.
• Up keeping of production equipment and areas.
• To report incidence, abnormal observation during day to day activities to immediate supervisor.
• To involve and operate equipments / machine like Liquid Filling and Capping machine, Wet mill, Inline homogenizer, High pressure homogenizer,
• To participate in production equipment installation and commissioning and qualification activities.
• To record the activity contemporaneously in documents of qualification, BMR, sequential log, SOP formats etc.
