We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Tour Operations Executive to plan and coordinate tour packages and ensure the smooth execution of travel itineraries. The candidate will coordinate with hotels, airlines, local service providers, tour guides, and other team members to provide a seamless travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize tour packages, including accommodation, transportation, activities, and other travel services.
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and local service providers to confirm bookings and travel arrangements.
• Work with local guides, tour leaders, and other staff to ensure the smooth execution of tour itineraries.
• Monitor travel plans and manage changes, unexpected issues, or disruptions.
• Prepare tour-related documents and assist the Tour Manager with group tour arrangements.
• Maintain accurate travel records and ensure all required documents are complete.
• Coordinate with service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Handle operational queries and support the team in resolving travel-related issues.

Required Skills:

• Good planning and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle unexpected situations.
• Knowledge of travel and tourism operations will be an advantage.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
