About the Role:
We re hiring an Operations Manager to streamline project delivery, manage teams, optimise workflows, and ensure high service standards across all projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations across departments
- Coordinate with project teams, vendors & clients
- Onboard new vendors and maintain strong working relationships with them
- Oversee costing, timelines, quality checks
- Implement SOPs and improve internal processes
- Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
- 4-7 years of experience in operations
- Strong leadership & process management skills
- Excellent analytical & communication abilities
- Ability to manage high-pressure operations
- Experience in multi-site operations preferred
