Operations Technology Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Operational Technology (OT) Engineer to support and optimize the digital systems that power our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will work across Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, MES, CAD/CAM, warehouse systems, machine connectivity, and shopfloor data acquisition to ensure seamless production execution, system integration, and real-time operational visibility. You will play a key role in driving manufacturing efficiency, enhancing system reliability, and supporting continuous improvement across our smart factory environment.

Role & responsibilities

• Configure and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, MES, CAD/CAM, and warehouse systems to enable seamless end-to-end manufacturing operations.
• Integrate shopfloor equipment, PLCs, and machine data acquisition to deliver reliable production execution, traceability, and real-time visibility.
• Manage production processes, WIP tracking, advanced warehouse management, barcode/RF solutions, and outbound logistics to improve operational efficiency.
• Develop, monitor, and troubleshoot system integrations across ERP, MES, CAD/CAM, machine controllers, and production analytics while ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Manufacturing IT/OT, including hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 F&O, MES, machine integration, and shopfloor digitalization.
