About this role
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead day-to-day EPS resin plant operations, production planning, and target achievement.
- Monitor plant KPIs including yield, throughput, downtime, quality, and productivity.
- Drive process optimization, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Optimize process parameters to improve yield, consistency, and product quality.
- Oversee plant maintenance, equipment reliability, utilities, and spares management.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, statutory, and quality standards.
- Manage plant costs, budgeting, CAPEX/OPEX, and operational efficiency.
- Lead and develop engineers, shift in-charges, and plant operators.
- Prepare and review MIS reports on production, cost, quality, and maintenance.
- Drive a culture of safety, accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement.
