Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Manage end-to-end Capital Market Operations processes.
• Ensure timely execution and settlement of trades across Equity, Debt, IPO, Mutual Fund, and Depository operations.
• Monitor daily operational activities and adherence to defined SLAs.
• Handle transaction exceptions, escalations, and reconciliation breaks.

Team Management

• Lead and mentor a team of operations executives and officers.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide regular coaching.
• Allocate workloads and monitor productivity.

Reconciliation & Control

• Oversee daily reconciliations between exchange, depository, clearing corporation, and internal records.
• Ensure closure of reconciliation breaks within stipulated timelines.
• Implement strong process controls to minimize operational risk.

Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with Front Office, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Technology, Exchanges, Depositories, and Vendors.
• Address queries and escalations from internal and external stakeholders.

Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with SEBI, NSE, BSE, NSDL, CDSL, and internal policies.
• Support internal, statutory, and regulatory audits.
• Maintain process documentation and audit readiness.

Process Improvement

• Identify automation opportunities and drive operational efficiency initiatives.
• Participate in system enhancement projects and UAT activities.
• Track KPIs and prepare MIS reports for management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education

• Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• NISM certifications preferred.
