Hiring: US Healthcare Team Leaders Hyderabad

We are looking for experienced US Healthcare Team Leaders to join our team in Hyderabad. Candidates with a strong background in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and proven team leadership experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Minimum graduation is mandatory.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader, with the designation officially documented in employment records.
• Domain Expertise: Candidates must have relevant experience in US Healthcare Voice processes within the RCM domain. Experience in US Healthcare Voice is mandatory.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Preferred Experience: Prior experience in US Healthcare voice processes will be an added advantage.

Key Skills and Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience in people management and team performance monitoring.
• Strong understanding of attrition management and shrinkage control.
• Experience in process transitions and operational management.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively.

Work Requirements

• Work Location: Hyderabad
• Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)
• Shift: Rotational shifts, including night shifts
