Job Role:
As a Team Lead you will responsible in driving team performance, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring that team objectives are met effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture. 2. Set clear team goals.
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
- Oversee day-to-day operation.
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
- Motivate team members.
- Discover training needs and provide coaching.
- Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
- Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.
- Encourage creativity and risk taking.
- Suggest and organize team building activities.
- To deliver experience and know how to carry out various Management duties. 13. To ensure that the team is utilised to the fullest and meet all the objectives. 14. Excellent people / Team Management skills.
- Develop key metrics and reporting aids that accurately enable decision making and 16. improvement.
- Be a key point of contact for allocated team you are managing and interact effectively 18. with Senior Management in the pursuit of business goals.
- Master the intricate details associated with each campaign such that a full accurate 20. understanding of the task at hand is developed.
- Build bridges with Agents and Management garnering trust and loyalty, and inspiring 22. them to higher levels of performance and career development.
- Be instrumental in delivering improvements to the team and pro. Required Experience:
