We are looking for a driven and experienced Team Lead – You will be responsible in driving team performance, fostering a positive work
environment, and ensuring that team objectives are met effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
2. Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
3. Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
4. Discover training needs and provide coaching.
5. Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
6. Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.
7. Encourage creativity and risk taking.
8. To deliver experience and know how to carry out various Management duties.

What We’re Looking For:
1. 4+ years of experience in BPO in International Process.
2. Relevant Exp min 1 year as Team Lead
3. Shifts- only night shift with 5 days working
4. Weekly offs- 2 days
5. Minimum Qualification- Graduate & above
6. Male candidates Preferred.
