Operations Team Lead

Job responsibilities -

• Hands-on Leadership of support team
• Ensuring all Email and phone correspondence with students is completed in timely manner.
• Supervising end-to-end order processing of e-transcripts procurement and delivery
• Managing relationships with university officials and partners
• Analytics
• Revenue maximization

Eligibility -

• 8+ years total operational support experience
• 3+ years of team leadership experience.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Meticulous and hands-on approach to the job
• Bachelors degree in any stream
• Experience in education counselling / college admissions / ed-tech sector will be an added plus.
