Cotiviti is looking for an experienced Team Lead Operations to join our team in Pune.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)

Experience:

• Minimum 2+ year of on paper Team Lead/ People Manager experience (Acting Team Lead / Acting SME profiles will not be considered)

Communication:

• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

People Management:

• Proven ability in managing teams and driving performance.

Performance Metrics:

• Strong understanding and hands-on experience in handling: KRAS (Key Result Areas), KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), SLAs (Service Level Agreements)

Operational Management:

• Exposure to managing Attrition, Shrinkage, and Process Transitions.

Must be ready to work in night/ rotational shifts

Domain Preference:

• International Voice Process background preferred.(No Domestic Experience will be considered)
• US Healthcare experience will be an added advantage.

Project Management:

• Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
