Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of Healthcare Operations professionals to deliver high-quality services to clients in the US healthcare industry.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient claims processing, customer service, and quality control.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and drive business growth.

Job Requirements :

• 5-15 years of experience in BPO voice or international voice process with expertise in healthcare operations.
• Strong knowledge of US healthcare processes, including claims adjudication and reimbursement procedures.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to manage a team remotely across different time zones (US).
• Experience working on international BPO projects for Fortune 500 companies.
