Location : 103,104, Nyati Emporious, Off Mumbai Bangalore Highway, Mahalunge, Baner, Pune 411045

Work Hours : Monday-Saturday (9AM-6PM)

Role Summary

In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing in-person support to driver-partners and ensuring a smooth onboarding and support experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, Phone support to driver-partners visiting the Greenlight Hub
• Assist with onboarding new driver-partners, including documentation and app setup
• Educate partners on platform usage, earning potential, safety, and compliance guidelines
• Troubleshoot account and app-related issues and escalate as needed
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during interactions
• Ensure all processes are followed in accordance with company policies
• Collect feedback from partners to improve the overall experience

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Fresher or 6 month or plus experience in customer service, retail, or operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of mobile apps and platforms
• Fluency in [local language] and English is preferred
