Operations Support Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document current operational processes, workflows, and supporting tools.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend practical improvement opportunities using Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Prepare operational reports, analyze performance data, and communicate findings to relevant teams.
• Support the implementation of process enhancements and track the effectiveness of approved solutions.
• Coordinate process-related support and knowledge sharing across engineering, manufacturing, project management, and other business teams.

Skills Required:

• 3 - 7 years of experience in operations support, process improvement, business analysis, or a related function.
• Practical knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean methodologies for process improvement.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities, with the ability to interpret operational performance information.
• Experience analyzing, documenting, and optimizing business or operational processes.
• Ability to support process improvement initiatives, standardized workflows, and implementation of operational solutions.

Good to Have:

• Experience in continuous improvement, business analysis, process excellence, or stakeholder management.

Education: Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
