Operations Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations of the site, ensuring smooth execution of projects on time and within budget.
• Plan, coordinate, and schedule project activities to meet quality standards while minimizing delays.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement preventive maintenance measures to reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, address concerns, and improve overall efficiency.

Job Requirements :

• 4-15 years of experience in Operations Supervision or related field (Real Estate industry preferred).
• Strong background in Project Planning, Scheduling, Site Coordination, Quality Assurance, Preventative Maintenance.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
