Role summary
1. SOP Compliance Adherence
2. SOP updates
3. Zero Clerical Error (Data entry Labelling).
4. TAT compliance
5. Up selling
What the role entails - Key accountabilities/ responsibilities
1. 100% error free - measured through incorrect report picked up post authorization in the system / patient complaints.
2. Considers the Long Term and Short Term strategies and their impact implements and deliver excellence in business.
3. Develops and maintains effective cross-functional working relationships and partnerships.
4. Ensuring all testing procedures are conducted as per defined sop.
5. Ensuring testing is conducted as per the specified turnaround time.
6. Ensuring accuracy correctness of results by strict compliance to defined sop, calibration, quality control, procedure training of personnel.
7. Ensure STAT (urgent) reporting
8. Initiating improvements in existing SOP
9. Stock management of procured material from store.
10. Maintenance of records.
11. To ensure implementation of departmental competency assessment plan for all scientific officers.
12. To ensure all departmental complaints are logged with Immediate, Corrective Preventive actions taken within 2 weeks time. (Audited by QA monthly)
