Operations Specialist - Revenue Cycle Management

About the Role
We are looking for experienced professionals from the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) / Healthcare domain to join our growing team. If you have hands-on experience in medical billing, coding, AR follow-up, payment posting, or healthcare operations, we'd love to connect with you.

Role & responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end RCM processes including billing, coding, AR follow-up, and payment posting
• Review and process medical claims accurately and within timelines
• Follow up with insurance companies on outstanding claims and denials
• Post payments and reconcile accounts accurately
• Identify and resolve billing/coding discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and payer guidelines
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve claim issues
• Maintain accurate documentation of processes and claim statuses
• Meet productivity and quality targets as defined by the process

Required Skills & Experience

• Prior experience in Medical Billing, Medical Coding, AR Follow-up, Payment Posting, or Healthcare Operations
• Strong understanding of RCM processes and terminology
• Familiarity with insurance claims, denials, and reimbursement processes
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Billing software/tools)

Preferred candidate profile

• Any Graduate
• Prior experience with US Healthcare RCM process is an advantage
