Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Solution Analyst with strong expertise in D365 Operations and enterprise ERP support. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Logistics processes, along with the ability to support complex integrated business environments and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide application and operational support for D365 Operations and related ERP systems.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve business and system issues across integrated enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Logistics teams to support business operations.
• Work closely with IT Operations, Platform, Integration, and Azure teams to ensure seamless system performance.
• Manage and support multiple system integrations and peripheral applications.
• Engage with external vendors and system integrators to address support and enhancement requirements.
• Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and digital transformation programs.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across business and technology teams.

Essential Skills

• 8+ years of experience supporting ERP platforms, preferably D365 Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Logistics business processes.
• Experience working in complex enterprise architectures with multiple integrations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience supporting integrated enterprise application landscapes.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and business requirements.

Good to Have Skills

• Exposure to AI-driven solutions and intelligent automation initiatives.
• Knowledge of modern digital transformation technologies.
• Experience working with Azure integrations and cloud-based enterprise platforms.
