About this role
Role & responsibilities
- Work Order Management & Closeout: Monitor operational work orders throughout the complete lifecycle, from assignment through completion, documentation, invoice readiness and final closure.
- Vendor Coordination & Operational Support: Follow up with suppliers regarding outstanding work, status updates, corrective actions and required deliverables.
- Maintain current supplier contacts, escalation paths and service communication records.
- Invoice & Accounts Payable Support: Track invoice aging, payment status, exceptions and unresolved disputes.
- Operational Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and maintain operational reports and trackers on work orders, vendor follow-ups and invoice status.
Preferred candidate profile
- 2 to 5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: vendor management, service administration, facilities coordination, operations support, procurement support, work order management or service delivery coordination.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional follow-up and maintaining accurate operational records.
- Experience supporting reporting, invoice workflows or supplier performance tracking is preferred.
