Operations Scheduler

Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer demand and capacity.
• Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, and Customer Service teams.
• Monitor material availability and inventory levels to support production plans.
• Manage schedule changes due to shortages, downtime, or customer priorities.
• Track production performance, schedule attainment, and delivery metrics.
• Maintain planning data in SAP/ERP/MRP systems.
• Support inventory optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in daily production and planning meetings.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Production Planning, Scheduling, Supply Planning, or Manufacturing Operations.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, ERP, or MRP systems.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Industrial, or Engineering industries preferred.
