Operations & Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Tele Sales & Back Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to efficiently coordinate between customers, sales executives, and the internal team.

The role involves telephonic customer interaction, sales coordination, order processing, follow-ups, documentation, and day-to-day back-office support.

Preferred candidate profile

• Make regular outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
• Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, orders, payments, and pending requirements.
• Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements and order status.
• Maintain customer records, sales data, and daily follow-up reports.
• Coordinate sales orders, dispatches, and related documentation.
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding product availability, pricing, delivery, and order status.
• Coordinate with accounts, warehouse, logistics, and sales teams for smooth order execution.
• Maintain proper records of customer communication and follow-ups.
• Support the sales team with day-to-day back-office activities.
• Prepare basic MIS reports and daily/weekly sales coordination reports.
• Ensure timely follow-up on pending enquiries and opportunities.
• Handle routine customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
