• Problem Formulation: Work closely with management and stakeholders to define and understand complex business problems or decision-making challenges

• Simulation and Forecasting: Use simulation models to analyze and forecast outcomes under different conditions or scenarios
• Evaluate the impact of changes or decisions on operational efficiency, resource allocation, and overall performance
• Implementation of Solutions: Collaborate with various departments to implement solutions and recommendations derived from analysis
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of implemented changes

• Skills and Qualifications: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including proficiency in mathematical modeling and statistical analysis
• Knowledge of operations research methodologies, optimization techniques, and simulation
• Proficiency in programming languages (e g, Python, R, MATLAB) and optimization software
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Effective communication skills to convey complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Project management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
