About this role
• In-Charge for Production and Quality
• Responsible for Quality tests on raw materials, in-process materials,& FG products & ensure meet quality standards.
• Conduct tests of Viscera (Eg Temperature, pH content and other required)
• Process documentation and product reports
• Coordinate with production and logistics team for product delivery
• Visit RM Suppliers
