Operations Project Manager

We’re Hiring: Project Manager – Apps & Growth 📍 Mumbai | Full-time DAX Fleets and Logistics is looking for a Project Manager to lead execution and growth across our digital products —

Daxi and TrueDriver . This isn’t a coordination-only role. You’ll be hands-on: owning projects end to end, working directly with our managers and on-ground teams, and turning plans into results.

What you’ll do: • Own project execution across our three apps — from planning to delivery

• Drive product development and new feature rollouts

• Work closely with management, operations teams, and drivers to keep projects moving

• Track progress, report on milestones, and flag problems early

• Identify growth opportunities and push them forward

What we’re looking for: • Experience in a

cab booking / ride-hailing app (Ola, Uber, Rapido, BluSmart, or similar) — is a plus

• Experience with a

private jet charter or flight booking app (JetSetGo, BookMyJet, ixigo, Cleartrip, or similar) is a strong plus

• Background in a

background verification / KYC platform (AuthBridge, OnGrid, IDfy, or similar) is a plus

• Logistics or freight-tech background is a plus

• Strong execution mindset — you get things done, not just planned

• Comfortable working across teams, from leadership to field staff

• Growth-oriented, detail-focused, and proactive
