About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Operations Processor

In this role, you will:

• Support standard, complex, and repetitive requests to maintain a manageable workload and limit disruption in the Commercial Cards Sales process.
• Perform moderately complex operations duties in support of either a service center or department environment
• Require considerable knowledge of company personnel policies and practices
• Collect data and prepare related operational reports
• Prepare input forms for automated data processing system
• Utilize the company's internal operations to perform duties
• Coordinate projects
• Furnish information to authorized persons
• Provide guidance to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures requiring some policy interpretation

• 2+ year of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

• B.COM / BBA / MBA or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Banking, Payments and Cards gives an edge.

• Support Commercial Card sales growth by managing client data, preparing business reports, processing account requests, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver high-quality operational support.

• Support Commercial Cards Sales Analysts and Account Managers by gathering and maintaining client and program data.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business insights to help sales teams identify growth opportunities for clients.
• Process account maintenance requests, amendments, addendums, and onboarding-related activities within established service levels.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of client requests and sales support activities.
• Monitor workflow queues, maintain data quality, and provide operational support for new and existing Commercial Card programs.
