Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of logistics, transportation, fleet management, and freight management teams.
• Oversee planning and execution of shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors for vehicle maintenance and resolve issues related to vehicles and drivers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor KPIs such as on-time pickup rate, on-time delivery rate, and customer satisfaction.
• Cargo movmement monitoring and ensure timely despatch from all warehouses.
• Communication with customers for escalation management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of experience in logistics operations or similar field.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale logistics operations with expertise in fleet management.
