Operations Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage daily fleet and transport operations.
• Ensure vehicle availability and timely deployment.
• Monitor vehicle and driver documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and drivers.
• Ensure vehicle quality, safety, and maintenance.
• Handle breakdowns, accidents, and insurance claims.
• Monitor compliance and client requirements.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain records.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and quality checks.
• Ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3- 5 years of experience in fleet, transport, car rental, or logistics operations.
• Knowledge of vehicle documentation, permits, insurance, and compliance.
• Experience in vendor coordination and driver management.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi; Kannada preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and management skills.
• Willingness to travel locally across Bangalore.
