Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager / Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing office fit-outs, commercial property development, workspace launches, or corporate interior projects while ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end execution of commercial real estate and office fit-out projects.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Track project budgets, approvals, procurement, and cost control. Identify project risks and proactively drive mitigation plans.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and committed timelines.
• Drive stakeholder communication and provide regular project status updates.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously across locations.
• Improve operational processes to enhance project efficiency and scalability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in commercial real estate, corporate interiors, office fit-outs, construction, or project management.
• Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, vendor management, and execution.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD, or other project management tools is preferred. PMP/PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage.
